The Philosophy

The intention of this coaching experience is not intensity, but consistency—small shifts practiced with care and allowed to take root over time.

Together, we create space to explore what is present—with curiosity, honesty, and respect for your individual pace. As you become more aware of your body’s responses, beliefs, emotions, and protective patterns, you can begin to meet your life with greater clarity, self-trust, and choice.

This work is collaborative and client-led. I’m not here to provide all the answers, but to help create the conditions in which your own insight and wisdom can become easier to hear.

Who This Is For

Return to Self Coaching may be a good fit if you:

What a Coaching Session Looks Like

Each session is shaped by where we are in your coaching journey. We may begin with what feels most present, return to something we have been exploring over several sessions, or move into a practice or exercise that supports the work already underway. Rather than following a predetermined path, our work develops in response to your individual experiences, needs, and pace.

At times, we may slow down to notice the thoughts, emotions, body responses, and patterns connected to what you are experiencing—including how your nervous system may be responding. This creates space to understand not only what is happening, but what may be influencing it beneath the surface.

As greater awareness and a sense of safety develop, there is often more room for choice. Instead of responding from familiar or protective patterns, you can begin to clarify your values, sense of purpose, and direction—and explore what feels more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.

My approach draws from somatic practices, neuroscience, Jungian psychology, Human Design, and traditional coaching methods. These are offered as supportive lenses rather than rigid systems, allowing us to use what feels relevant and meaningful to you.

Ways to Work Together

There are two ways to begin: an individual session or the Return to Self 8-Week Coaching Journey. Both offer the same collaborative, individualized approach. After eight completed sessions, either path leads to Alumni Integration Sessions.

The difference is simply the rhythm: individual sessions offer greater flexibility and space between sessions, while the 8-Week Journey provides a consistent weekly structure, supports gentle forward movement, and creates continuity over time.

There is no single right way to begin. You may schedule a complimentary introductory call before choosing a coaching option, or book coaching directly and we’ll schedule the call as part of your onboarding.

[Your full name as you’d like it to appear, e.g. Elizabeth Brown], the coach behind Return to Self Coaching, on a mountain trail

About Elizabeth

[Certifications or training, e.g. Certified Life Coach · Somatic Practitioner]

I’m Elizabeth. I came to this work through [a sentence on your own path: a season of change in your own life, a previous career, the moment coaching found you]. What stayed with me was how much becomes possible when we slow down long enough to listen to ourselves.

[One or two sentences on your training: where you trained, what you studied, what you keep learning.] In our sessions, I offer curiosity and steadiness rather than answers. I follow your pace, and I trust that you already hold much of what you’re looking for.

Outside of coaching, you’ll often find me on a mountain trail. [Optional: one line on what time outdoors gives you, or what else grounds you.]

Getting Started

You may schedule a complimentary introductory call before choosing a coaching option, or book coaching directly when you feel ready. Every new client receives this call before their first coaching session.

This gives us time to connect, explore what you’re looking for, answer questions, and make sure coaching together feels like a good fit. We’ll also help you get oriented to the client portal before your coaching begins.
